Current festival dates: November 14th - 24th, 2019

The LA Comedy Festival began in 2001 and is our longest running festival! Over the years we have had the privilege to work with hundreds of filmmakers who have told wonderfully hilarious and moving stories.

Past LA Comedy Festivals have featured thousands of performers and hundreds of films from LA and around the world. Our dual emphasis is on “discovering” great comedic talent with the purpose of promoting it to both the entertainment industry and the LA public, as well as, showcasing the works of seasoned professionals and well known stars.

Past participants have gone on to win the OSCAR, LAST COMIC STANDING, have their Web Series developed for Network TV, Feature Film Theatrical Distribution and join the cast of SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE!!! Many already well-known performers have had films screened at the festival as well.
