How It Works:

• The pass comes with Ten (10) punches.

• Each admission uses One (1) punch.

• Example: If you and 2 friends attend a screening, that’s 3 punches used, leaving 7 admissions remaining.

Pickup & Reservations:

• Pass Pickup: Pick up your pass and official LA FIlm Festivals lanyard at your first festival screening.

• Walk-Up Admission:

• Present your pass at the box office to claim a ticket for any available screening.

• Reservations:

• Email: info@lafilmfestivals.com

• Include:

• Your name

• Name of Festival you want to attend

• The date and time of the screening and Title of Feature Film or Short Program Block

• The number of tickets you wish to reserve

• Important (after you pick up your pass): Bring your pass to the screening to verify your membership and punch your pass card.

We Recommend Reservations! Some screenings may sell out, so book early to secure your spot.

How will I know when screenings are announced?

We will email you when tickets are available for reservation as soon as they are posted.

Will screening dates change?

Sometimes, screenings may need to be moved forward or back by a week or two. If that happens, we will notify you of the new dates when ticketing is announced.

What is the best way to stay updated on upcoming festivals and screenings?

Make sure to subscribe to our emails and follow us on Instagram: @lafilmfestivals.

What if a new festival is added?

Your pass is valid for all festivals that are part of LA Film Festivals.

Can I “reload” my pass or purchase a pass for a different number of screenings?

At this time, no. However, you can purchase additional passes or multiple passes if needed.

What if I don’t use all my tickets?

All sales are final. Fortunately, LA Film Festivals hosts over 15 festivals a year, including some bi-annual festivals, giving you plenty of opportunities to use your pass.

What if I lose my physical pass?

Please contact info@lafilmfestivals.com as soon as possible to report the loss.

How do I reserve tickets for a screening?

• Include:

• Your name

• Name of Festival you want to attend

• The date and time of the screening and Title of Feature Film or Short Program Block

• The number of tickets you wish to reserve

• Be sure to bring your pass with you to verify your membership and punch your pass card.

Can I walk up and get tickets without a reservation?

Yes! Simply present your pass at the box office to get a ticket for any available screening. However, we recommend making reservations, as some screenings may sell out.

Where do I pick up my pass?

You can pick up your pass at the first festival screening you attend.

Can my friend or family member use my pass without me?

No, you must be present to use your pass, and we may request identification at the time of pickup.
