Up until now, no ninjas have even come close to taking this title for themselves. Fifi, an old friend of Johnny's, sent by the Temple of Motion. Plans on changing that. After an embarrassing loss the last time she faced the Dragon, Fifi has trained and trained for her final chance to defeat Johnny. Studying all their previous fights. She believes she will be one step ahead. The time has finally come. Fifi must win or else her chances of becoming the "Dragon", will be lost forever. Fifi struggles to let go of her past defeat while the prospect of another loss continues to close in on her.

An energetic and purposeful rural guy, Timuchin, who is fond of kung fu and films with Jackie Chan, comes to Almaty to apply to the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and study to become a police officer. He temporarily stays in the apartment of his uncle, whom he helps sell in a vegetable shop. His fighting skills allow him to easily put several presumptuous petty criminals in their place and win the love of Alua, the beautiful daughter of a police colonel. Unfortunately, the local reputation of "Jackie Chan" brings serious problems to Timuchin from powerful kingdoms, which solve his problem at any cost.
