How Are We Feeling Today? aims to change how eating disorders & mental health are usually portrayed in film by telling an authentic, raw, sometimes funny story of recovery. It tells the story of a dancer with an eating disorder, but this isn't the sad/cliché story of a girl who just won't eat enough. It's a story about fighting like hell to recover and live life on your own terms.

As a queer artist, the director is proud to have worked with incredible queer & non binary artists to tell this story, and hopes to bring awareness to mental health struggles in the LGBTQ+ community.
