Film Pass FAQ

  • How will I know when screenings are announced?

    • We will email you when tickets are available for reservation as soon as they are posted.

  • Will screening dates change?

    • Sometimes, screenings may need to be moved forward or back by a week or two. If that happens, we will notify you of the new dates when ticketing is announced.

  • What is the best way to stay updated on upcoming festivals and screenings?

  • What if a new festival is added?

    • Your pass is valid for all festivals that are part of LA Film Festivals.

  • Can I “reload” my pass or purchase a pass for a different number of screenings?

    • At this time, no. However, you can purchase additional passes or multiple passes if needed.

  • What if I don’t use all my tickets?

    • All sales are final. Fortunately, LA Film Festivals hosts over 15 festivals a year, including some bi-annual festivals, giving you plenty of opportunities to use your pass.

  • What if I lose my physical pass?

    • Please contact info@lafilmfestivals.com as soon as possible to report the loss.

  • How do I reserve tickets for a screening?

    • Email: info@lafilmfestivals.com

    • Include:

      • Your name

      • Name of Festival you want to attend

      • The date and time of the screening and Title of Feature Film or Short Program Block

      • The number of tickets you wish to reserve

    • Be sure to bring your pass with you to verify your membership and punch your pass card.

  • Can I walk up and get tickets without a reservation?

    • Yes! Simply present your pass at the box office to get a ticket for any available screening. However, we recommend making reservations, as some screenings may sell out.

  • Where do I pick up my pass?

    • You can pick up your pass at the first festival screening you attend.

  • Can my friend or family member use my pass without me?

    • No, you must be present to use your pass, and we may request identification at the time of pickup.
